Spud Fest can’t happen without amazing volunteers like you! There are many opportunities to get involved, including:
Bingo Volunteers:
If you are signing up as part of an organization and filling all 8 slots (1-caller & 7 sellers), please only sign up for one bingo shift so that all organizations have a chance to participate.
PLEASE NOTE:
If your organization signs up for multiple volunteer slots, you are responsible for ensuring that all slots are filled and that volunteers show up for their scheduled shifts. In the event of any changes or cancellations, it is your duty to communicate with the Spud Fest volunteer coordinator (email [email protected]) in a timely manner to avoid disruptions.
- Set-up and tear-down
- Serving beer
- Assisting with the parade
- Working bingo shifts

VOLUNTEER WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I, the undersigned volunteer, agree to participate in Big Lake Spud Fest on the date/s I volunteer on the Spud Fest grounds. I understand that participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including injury or property damage. I assume all such risks and release Big Lake Spud Fest from any liability related to my participation.
I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and acknowledge that Big Lake Spud Fest does not provide insurance. I agree to follow all safety guidelines and grant permission for the use of any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By completing the information below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver.
