BIG LAKE SPUD FEST
MEDALLION HUNT WILL KICK OFF ON
SATURDAY, JUNE 17th.
Sponsored by: Great River Spine & Sport, Big Lake

Congratulations to Robert Liebeck for finding the medallion!
The Big Lake Spud Fest medallion hunt sponsored by Great River Spine and Sport is underway. The medallion has been hidden somewhere in the City of Big Lake or Big Lake Township.
The 6.25 inches in diameter Spud Fest Medallion will be hidden above ground. No digging is necessary to find it. Clues to the medallion’s whereabouts will be published on this web site and on the Big Lake Spud Fest facebook page. The first clue will be posted on Saturday, June 17th and a new clue will be posted every day until found.
Return the medallion to: Great River Spine and Sport Big Lake, 751 Rose Dr, Suite 108.
The prize for finding the medallion is $50 with NO BUTTON and $100 if you have a BUTTON! Must have the button with you when you turn the prize in.
These days it is hard to stay in the knowing
But no rest for you, get up and get going
Find the Spud Fest medallion, no time to lose
Return to Great River Spine & Sport for your prize if you choose
CLUE #1 - (Saturday - 6/17)
Spud Fest Medallion Hunt
the time is here.
Get out and look,
have no fear!
Hidden well in a public place
so easy to find
in front of your face.
You won't need to climb,
dig or raid.
If you find the medallion
you will get paid!
CLUE #2 (Sunday - 6/18)
Acres and acres of hiding choices.
Where it's at you won't
hear many voices.
To get where you're going
you won't need a car.
Biking or walking is
easier by far.
Look around,
don't be shy.
You can find it
if you try.
Clue #3 (Monday - 6/19)
Medallion says "hi, how you been"?
Try to find me north of 10.
"I came from haunts of coots and hern,
I make a sudden sally.
And sparkle out among the fern,
To bicker down a valley."
If you scratch your head,
and wonder what the heck.
Know that you have gone too far
if you hit the deck.
