Now Accepting Applications: Spud Fest Concessions Partner

The Big Lake Spud Fest Board is seeking applications from organizations interested in operating the main concessions area at Big Lake Spud Fest,
June 25–28, 2026.

This is a great fundraising opportunity for a group that can provide budget-friendly meals and beverages while raising money for their cause. Required serving times are listed on the application form. Serious applicants only, please.

Organization Requirements
To be considered, your organization must:

• Have, or be able to obtain, a valid food permit no later than May 15, 2026
• Have, or be able to obtain, liability insurance no later than May 15, 2026, and provide:
  • A copy of the insurance certificate
  • An additional insured waiver for Spud Fest weekend
• Have adult supervision for all cooking and food prep
• Have enough members/volunteers to cover all required serving times
• Have experience with grills, fryers, and preparing meals for large groups
• Submit final menus and pricing to the Spud Fest Board for approval by May 15, 2026

Financial Details
The selected organization will:

• Be responsible for all expenses related to purchasing food, beverages, and supplies
• Keep all proceeds from concession sales during Spud Fest weekend
